Bridge Japan provide a great service. The responses are quick and clear, with a full quotation of what you have to pay. They are also really kind! For example, I made an order while waiting for another package to arrive, and they asked me if I received it yet. Now that I have it, I can say that they take extra-care with the packaging.

Extremely happy with the service I had from Bridge when purchasing already sold out Ghibli tickets. After constant searching for tickets that didn't cost over £100 each, Bridge was my last shot. The process was really easy, communication was brilliant & they are very reliable. I made a quick payment as they were expecting a system change and within 24 - 72 hours they got back to me saying they had confirmed my 2x tickets for £40 which is a fantastic price considering everywhere else was charging an extortionate price!
