Respond time was excellent beyond words, they respond within hours and constantly provided a very personalized experience. I actually feel like I am interacting with a friend whose taking extra care to ensure that I get what I want.

This was my first time buying japanese tickets, so I wasn't sure of the processes involved. Bridge.jon was very patient with me and my many questions, and they always responded within 24 hours. I was very impressed that they not only were willing to do this, but did an excellent job with it.
