The bridge staff were absolutely wonderful to work with! I am going to Japan in a month and the Ghibli Museum is on the top of my list of things to see. I know how hard the tickets are to get online, so I made a request from bridge. They’ve kept me up to date every step of the way, answered any questions I had, and informed me today that they were able to get my first choice and that they’ve already shipped (even though they just went on sale this morning)!!!

I purchased tickets to the Ghibli and Fujiko museum and the staff was extremely helpful and responsive in helping me get the tickets for the date and time that I wanted. Tickets were purchased within a few days after my order and I asked for it to be delivered to my friend's place in Japan and it was delivered within 2 days. Super efficient and great service. I would highly recommend anyone to use them to purchase tickets to both museums. This is actually my 2nd time using their service to purchase tickets and as always, really impressed with the fast and professional service!

Bridge Japan was simply amazing and provided great service, definitely worth more than what they charge. They were kind and always gave fast, informative response . I felt reasurred that my shopping will be carried out as I requested and I received my parcel way sooner than I expected. Packaging was also very good. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely comeback for more shopping requests.

Purchased some score sheets through this service because the site only accepted local Japanese credit cards. Have to say that I am extremely delighted with how efficient their services are. Extremely quick replies - typically in less than 2 hours. Prices were reasonable and the invoice came with a clear breakdown of the fees paid (e.g. handling fee, shipping etc.). My concert ticket came safely in just over a week. I'll definitely be using their ticket purchasing in the future should I need to!

I highly recommend using Bridge to assist in obtaining tickets to smaller gigs. I used several services before Bridge but only the helpful and friendly staff at Bridge were able to help me obtain tickets when planning my trip from overseas.

The bridge.jpn team were absolute life savers. I was so nervous about being scammed online by something like this as I thought it would be way too difficult to get kpop concert tickets at a late date. bridge.jpn was quick to reply to my every question, and very accommodating and patient. I was able to fly to Japan and pick up my tickets from a local post office due to the last minute nature of the concert and my flights! The seats were great with a nice view of the stage and the whole experience was convenient and reassuring. I'd definitely recommend utilising bridge.jpn if you want to go to a Kpop concert in Japan!
