Communicating with Bridge was an extremely positive experience, and I look forward to having the chance to attend another concert via their services again in the future for Japan!

They helped me in securing two tickets to a kpop concert that was happening in Tokyo, with the general admission tickets selling within the week that I had contacted them for help.
They replied within a 24 hour window - and it was a bit tricky going back and forth because of the 15 hour difference from Canada to Japan - but they made it work.
I emailed them with what tickets I wanted, time and date, budget, and also where I would like the tickets shipped to.

They replied with an estimation, and once I accepted, they sent me an invoice. All charges on the invoice were fair and made sense. After paying the invoice - less than 24 hours before the sale started - they got back to me and told me they had purchased the tickets already! Extremely diligent and great at keeping us in the loop.
Bridge then sent me another email after they had shipped it out - and was very understanding when I had to change the address from Canada to a home in Korea. They were also wiling to send it to my Tokyo hotel - but I decided to just have it sent to Korea as I would be there before going to Tokyo for the concert. The tickets made it there within a week.
Attending the concert was fine - I had no issues in entry.

Would definitely recommend for any foreigners who cannot acquire tickets because of the lottery/cellphone system. It completely makes sense why they have these rules in effect, and I am happy that I was able to experience this concert thanks to Bridge Japan.

I highly recommend this service! I asked them to purchase a concert ticket and an exhibit ticket. They were extremely flexible in the method of mailing the tickets (initially wanted them mailed internationally, but eventually had them mailed directly to my hotel in Japan). They adjusted the amount I was charged and refunded the extra cost from international shipping (with breakdown of exact cost). The tickets arrived with no issue at the hotel. Will use again for future trips. Thanks!

Bridge was a quick decision and I am very happy with my choice. They offer great help with purchasing tickets and give any information as well, the contact was great. I got my order after 8 days via Air Mail. They also tried to help me with tickets that were no longer available.
Besides, their prices are normal compared to other proxy services. I will surely use their assistance in the future, not only with tickets.

I'm very happy to deal with Bridge Japan! I contacted them on a Saturday for help with payment for concert tickets I won. The payment need to be completed by the following Tuesday. Bridge Japan answered my enquiries throughout the weekend and have completed the payment by Monday. The charges are also transparent and reasonable.

Balloted for a ticket for an artiste I am a huge fan of, but found out payment was through in-person at a convenience store. Bridge.Jpn was able to provide a reply within a day of my inquiry and assisted with my payment within a limited time frame.

I had a special request that no other site seemed to provide- which was going to a physical store to get an exclusive store only item. Not only were they willing to do it, but had amazing communication, and even considered better options for me so it would be more convenient.
