I am a fan of BUCK-TICK, I had been planning a trip to Japan to attend 6 of their concerts, and I was extremely frustrated to have lost the fan club lottery for 2 concerts. After that, I had a really hard time trying to locate a shopping service who would help me with these two sold-out shows. I had negative experiences with one of the more famous shopping services (and all of them are either very unhelpful or charging exhilarating fees - or both).

Luckily, I finally found Bridge.jpn in the depths of the less prominent Google results – and I’m so thankful that I did!

Right from the start, they were very friendly and totally willing to help in every way, and somehow you could feel there was a nice person on the other end. They were available for contact beyond business hours and on weekends. New tickets for the show I wanted were sold out in minutes, so we were both monitoring the websites – and when I sent them a frantic email saying that a good ticket finally appeared and speedy buying action was required, they were on top and secured it for me in just 5 minutes.

We chose the poste restante delivery method, and they were even kind enough to write me a text in Japanese so that I could not worry about the language barrier and just present it at the post office in Japan when I went to pick up my ticket.

The ticket itself was packaged with extreme care and security.

All that for a fee of 15%, which is a _very_ low figure for a Japanese concert ticket intermediary.
I felt like offering them a bonus on top of that (which they gracefully refused).

Anyway, they are now my first choice when I need ticket shopping services again, and I am recommending them to everyone I know (especially since it’s very hard to go to a sold-out concert in Japan, and people often don’t know where to turn for help.)

I used Bridge Japan to buy Ghibli Museum tickets because I was worried I would not be able to get them online (I already failed to get the tickets through JTB). The form was easy to fill out and they got back to us within a day about the request. They were able to get our first choice of date and time! I received the tickets in the mail within 2 weeks as expected. I'm very pleased with the customer service and I would recommend them to everyone!
