I had a quick and smooth ticket presale purchasing experience, received quick, informative replies and they helped answer any questions I had regarding the costs. Prices were very reasonable and quickly received my ticket after it was released. Would definitely come back again!

Bridge.jpn helped us get tickets for the Ghibli museum even though we were a little too late, as there were so many people trying to get tickets at the same time. And the whole market for getting those tickets is very hard to figure out. Luckily we stumbled across Bridge.jpn who pulled it off for us at an agreeable cost and the whole process was genius. Really good communication, efficient, trustworthy and friendly - it's the kind of service you always hope for but very rarely get. So they are hereby warmly recommended.

Extremely happy with the service I had from Bridge when purchasing already sold out Ghibli tickets. After constant searching for tickets that didn't cost over £100 each, Bridge was my last shot. The process was really easy, communication was brilliant & they are very reliable. I made a quick payment as they were expecting a system change and within 24 - 72 hours they got back to me saying they had confirmed my 2x tickets for £40 which is a fantastic price considering everywhere else was charging an extortionate price! The bridge staff were absolutely wonderful to work with! I am going to Japan in a month and the Ghibli Museum is on the top of my list of things to see. I know how hard the tickets are to get online, so I made a request from bridge. They’ve kept me up to date every step of the way, answered any questions I had, and informed me today that they were able to get my first choice and that they’ve already shipped (even though they just went on sale this morning)!!!

I purchased tickets to the Ghibli and Fujiko museum and the staff was extremely helpful and responsive in helping me get the tickets for the date and time that I wanted. Tickets were purchased within a few days after my order and I asked for it to be delivered to my friend's place in Japan and it was delivered within 2 days. Super efficient and great service. I would highly recommend anyone to use them to purchase tickets to both museums. This is actually my 2nd time using their service to purchase tickets and as always, really impressed with the fast and professional service!

Bridge Japan was simply amazing and provided great service, definitely worth more than what they charge. They were kind and always gave fast, informative response .
