The bridge.jpn team were absolute life savers. I was so nervous about being scammed online by something like this as I thought it would be way too difficult to get kpop concert tickets at a late date. bridge.jpn was quick to reply to my every question, and very accommodating and patient. I was able to fly to Japan and pick up my tickets from a local post office due to the last minute nature of the concert and my flights! The seats were great with a nice view of the stage and the whole experience was convenient and reassuring. I'd definitely recommend utilising bridge.jpn if you want to go to a Kpop concert in Japan!

Purchased Ghibli and Fujiko tickets and requested them to be delivered to my hotel of stay in Tokyo. The staff responded very quickly to my emails and helped to pick up my tickets immediately after purchase, and I was able to pick up my tickets at the hotel upon check-in.
