Purchased some score sheets through this service because the site only accepted local Japanese credit cards. Have to say that I am extremely delighted with how efficient their services are. It's great how they closely communicate with their customers and are so prompt with replies. 10/10 would recommend!

Extremely quick replies - typically in less than 2 hours. Prices were reasonable and the invoice came with a clear breakdown of the fees paid (e.g. handling fee, shipping etc.). My concert ticket came safely in just over a week. I'll definitely be using their ticket purchasing in the future should I need to!

I highly recommend using Bridge to assist in obtaining tickets to smaller gigs. I used several services before Bridge but only the helpful and friendly staff at Bridge were able to help me obtain tickets when planning my trip from overseas.

The bridge.jpn team were absolute life savers. I was so nervous about being scammed online by something like this as I thought it would be way too difficult to get kpop concert tickets at a late date. bridge.jpn was quick to reply to my every question, and very accommodating and patient. I was able to fly to Japan and pick up my tickets from a local post office due to the last minute nature of the concert and my flights! The seats were great with a nice view of the stage and the whole experience was convenient and reassuring. I'd definitely recommend utilising bridge.jpn if you want to go to a Kpop concert in Japan!

What a brilliant service. Was struggling trying to buy 2 Blue-Rays for one of my favourite bands Vow Wow. They were only available through a website which delivered solely to Japan. Purchased Ghibli and Fujiko tickets and requested them to be delivered to my hotel of stay in Tokyo. The staff responded very quickly to my emails and helped to pick up my tickets immediately after purchase, and I was able to pick up my tickets at the hotel upon check-in.
