First time using Bridge.jpn and I requested them to help me purchase items from a physical store. Told them it was urgent as stocks are limited. They were very attentive and responded promptly and helped me bought the items the following day (even helped me to call the store to check the stocks). Really impressed with their customer service and will definitely engage their assistance again in the future. Highly recommended.

What a brilliant service. Was struggling trying to buy 2 Blue-Rays for one of my favourite bands Vow Wow. They were only available through a website which delivered solely to Japan. Bridge.jpn ordered the products and shipped them in just over a week. An incredible turnaround . Purchased Ghibli and Fujiko tickets and requested them to be delivered to my hotel of stay in Tokyo. The staff responded very quickly to my emails and helped to pick up my tickets immediately after purchase, and I was able to pick up my tickets at the hotel upon check-in.
