This can range from anything from fashion to souvenirs, electronic goods, books, stationary or kitchen goods etc.

Who might find this service is useful

• You happen to see a particular item of in the Japanese magazine and which you would like to get.
• You have been a great fan of a particular fashion brand and you would like to get some of the items which you saw in the websites or magazines.
• There is this made in Japan product that becomes a hit when it starts selling in Japan and you would like to have it.

SERVICE CLASSIFICATION: Any items that involves travelling down to the stores or shops to make purchases.

Note: – This shopping service is only applicable to Tokyo area.

Procedure

#1	Contact us on the details about the items that you would like to purchase. (Note: 1.URL of each item, 2. Quantity, 3. Shipping methods of your preference)
#2	Call the shop to confirm stock availability and make reservations. Calculate the total cost of the merchandises + estimated shipping cost and mail to customer. (Note: Shipping cost will be an estimated one for your reference at first, because we can’t know the weight until all items are packed and weighed. However, we will try our best to be as precise as possible).
#3	Make first payment:for the total product cost calculated (excluding shipping cost).
#4	Go down to the shop to collect the items.
#5	Consolidate, pack, weigh and calculate the total shipping cost (Note: varies on the shipping methods) and inform customer.
#6	Make second payment: on the total shipping cost and inform Bridge.jpn.
#7	Proceed to ship out the parcels immediately upon confirmation of payment.
